Please complete the information below and return it by May 15, 2024. Confirmation will be provided via email the week prior to the event with additional details. All applicants are subject to review and acceptance. Canopy, tables and chairs are NOT provided and are the responsibility of the vendor. Quiet or noise reduced generators are required if necessary. No electricity will be provided.

Please Note…
All sales require a City of La Mesa Business License. A one-day permit is included as part of the vendor fee
however all food service vendors are required to show proof of insurance, food handling certification and an operating permit by the County of San Diego. Please submit a copy of all required food service insurance, permits and certification if applicable with application.
No open flame or fryer food preparation allowed.
